  1. Program Description: When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS) to your mobile number. This kind of message may include a response to an inquiry, real-time texts to ask and answer questions about our services and pricing, and appointment confirmations.

  1. Program Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on the conversation.

  1. Opt-out: You can opt out of this service anytime. Text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS response to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START,” and we will send you SMS messages again.

This SMS Privacy Policy (“Policy”) governs how we collect and use the information about you concerning our Property Management services.

By using the Messaging Service, you agree to the terms of this Policy. Ally PM reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or change this Policy at any time with or without prior notice to you. This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted and supersede any prior Policies.
