  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, a Real Estate license is required for the position of property manager.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, there is a business hotline for emergencies.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Through our website, we can deposit your property’s rent money directly into your account.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Not necessary, that is our responsibility.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    I do not sell real estate so I can concentrate on the needs of our company.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    You will receive the direct deposit of your rent money by the tenth of every month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    On the Ally PM website, tenants can pay rent directly or set up direct payments from their bank account to be delivered to our operating bank account.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    While we hope our tenants will be happy to stay longer, our minimum lease is one year.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Depending on the rent, is one month’s rent or a minimum of $1,000.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as we sign a management agreement, we can get the process started.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Single family homes, apartments, condos and more. No commercial real estate.
